Fit for Life Class is a four (4) week education in a classroom environment that teaches you. The first thing you learn is how your body works. If you do not know that first how can you learn how to control it?

The course covers physiology (in simple terms) nutrients, exercise, food types, exercise, fat burning, and how to eat to stay fit, gain muscle or lose weight. You learn it all.

Fit for Life offers the only viable protocol for weight-management (whether it is loss, gain or maintain) because we adhere to the principles of basic human physiology.  We call it the 3Ps:

  proper nutrition
  productive exercise
  positive motivation
