Packages are
available at a prepaid discount when paying for 12, 24 or 36 sessions. Sessions
are based on a 30 day period(s).
A complete fitness and lifestyle
assessment designed to give you a baseline to move ahead with your current or
new fitness goals. Consider it a map to get where you are going that lets you
reflect back later to see your progress. Assessment will include strength
tests, cardiovascular tests and flexibility tests. Your body fat and lean
muscle mass are also calculated and body circumference measurements taken. Your
daily food intake will also be discussed.
I call this my 3-90-FIT
Personal Training Package. 90 Day program availability based on season and time
of year. Three sessions each week for 90 days. This is my version of boot camp
fitness. 3-90- FIT includes aerobics, calisthenics, yoga movements, weight
training, tai chi, body resistance, isometric, plyometrics, power walking and
water fitness in warmer months.

A LIMITED SEASONAL PROGRAM: Splash Fitness class is
held at my home in a heated pool. Splash Fitness has multiple benefits and
causes less stress on your joints. It incorporates warm up, stretching and cool
down. It includes rhythmic dance movements, stretching and pool weights and
enhances muscular endurance and improves cardiovascular fitness. Splash Fitness
is performed in less than chest deep water. Knowing how to swim is not
required.
* Thirty days is based
on 12 sessions per person in a 30 day time period.
* Each buddy must prepay and start and finish ALL 12 sessions simultaneously.
A concentrated plan on healthy living and fitness. "Camp" includes assessments, fitness, sports massage, nutrition, food instruction, some meals at my home. Course materials and a fitness program to follow when you return home. Email for details and rates.
